Preventive Maintenance - DTI will send its engineers periodically to do maintenance works such as hardware cleaning, checking, performance tuning, virus cleaning, data backup, etc. Hardware backup can also be provided on request.
Troubleshooting - DTI will respond to customer calls complaining a hardware or system failure. Depending on the Service Level Agreement, DTI engineers will find a solution as soon as possible. The working hours, respond time, and resolution time can be discussed prior to contract signing.
The equipments covered by the service are usually Desktop PC, Notebook computers, networking devices, servers, printers, UPS, and network installations. Most of the time, our customers combine the helpdesk service and maintenance service.
